By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of this agreement.

Punta Cana Venue Collection specializes in the curation, presentation, and coordination of luxury venues throughout the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean.
Through our Site, we provide tools to explore properties, make inquiries, request inspections, and coordinate event-planning services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not the owners or direct operators of the listed venues.
Final availability, pricing, service delivery, and compliance with local regulations remain the sole responsibility of the respective venue or third-party provider.

5. Accounts, Information, and Content

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

By submitting any content (including messages, reviews, photographs, or other materials) to the Site, you grant Punta Cana Venue Collection a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute such content for operational or promotional purposes directly related to the Services.
You represent that you hold all necessary rights and authorizations for such submissions.

6. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

Certain Services, including venue inspections or coordination tasks, may require a service fee or deposit.
All applicable prices, taxes, currencies, and payment terms will be presented during checkout or in an official proposal.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms will be disclosed at the time of booking.
Each venue may impose its own specific conditions — including minimum deposits, payment schedules, and cancellation rules — which the client must review and accept before confirming a reservation.

Punta Cana Venue Collection shall not be held liable for venue modifications, closures, or interruptions beyond our control; however, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in arranging alternatives or refunds in accordance with the applicable policy.

7. Venue and Vendor Listings

Venue providers are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their listings, including amenities, capacity, permits, and availability.
While Punta Cana Venue Collection may review and moderate listings, we do not warrant the absolute accuracy or completeness of such information.
We strongly recommend that clients verify all relevant details directly with the venue before making contractual commitments.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to engage in any unlawful or unauthorized use of the Site or Services, including but not limited to:
(a) interfering with or disrupting the operation of the Site;
(b) scraping, data harvesting, or automated extraction beyond what is permitted by robots.txt;
(c) infringing intellectual property or privacy rights;
(d) uploading or distributing malicious code or malware;
(e) circumventing security measures or access controls; or
(f) using the Services for any purpose that violates applicable law or ethical business practices.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, design, graphics, trademarks, photography, videos, and structure — is the exclusive property of Punta Cana Venue Collection or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

No material from the Site may be reproduced, distributed, translated, adapted, or used to create derivative works without prior written authorization, except as expressly permitted by law.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Punta Cana Venue Collection makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Site or any third-party content.
We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Punta Cana Venue Collection, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or reputation arising from or relating to the use or inability to use the Site or Services.

In any event, our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the greater of:
(i) the total amount paid by the client for the relevant Service within the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or
(ii) USD $100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Punta Cana Venue Collection, its affiliates, officers, employees, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site or Services.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of La Altagracia Province, Dominican Republic, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise or both parties agree to private arbitration.

14. Modifications to the Terms

Punta Cana Venue Collection reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
Revisions will take effect upon publication of the updated version on the Site, accompanied by an effective date.
Continued use of the Site or Services after such publication shall constitute your acceptance of the amended Terms.
